This Friday my friends and I took a trip to the mall near our school. I'm not a frequent Forever 21 goer, I'm not even going to start to tell you all my misgivings about shopping at fast fashion stores (especially Forever 21) ever since I did a project about sweat shops in sophomore year of high school. But when you are in such a small college town, those stores are among the few worth visiting every now and then. But back to my real point: they have these new bags which feature this circle suggesting recycling and reusing the bag they give you with your purchase! Except what does this mean, "AT A PARTICIPATING STORE"? Why wouldn't certain stores participate in reusing a bag?

Dear Forever 21 Bag, I Don't Understand You
